Q: Buying on-line, is it safe?
A: Yes, we use the secure services of PayPal Ltd, who handle your
transaction on our behalf, we do not get to see or store any of
your payment details.
Q: How much are your shipping costs?
A: Since we began selling our charts in 2008 we had always strived
to offer free delivery on all orders. We are still able to offer
our UK customers FREE delivery, but unfortunately due to ever
increasing fuel prices and hence increasing postage costs, as
of January 2013 we now charge a small order shipping premium on
EU and International orders only.
Orders below £10 - Shipping will be charged at £2.50
Orders £10 to £14.99 - Shipping will be charged at £1.50
Orders £15 or more - Free Delivery .
Q: Can I send a gift voucher to a friend?
A: Yes, simply click on the gift voucher product option and follow
the instructions. You can send your gift voucher to your friend
by email or you can print one out and post it inside a birthday
card for example. To redeem the gift voucher, your friend should
have an email address and will also require a PayPal account.
This service is provided by PayPal Ltd, and we are unable redeem
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We will normally ship orders within 24 hours excluding holidays
and weekends. We ship all orders by first class mail to mainland
UK and by airmail to our overseas customers. Airmail customers
(overseas) can take around 3 to 5 days to reach you.
Q: What happens if I do not receive my order?
A: If you do not receive your order in a reasonable time, then
please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will attempt to trace your order through the postal service,
if unsuccessful we will send you a replacement order.
